1. So what exactly can you do to help me?
Just ask us! We’re able to provide a wide range of errand services to make your life easier and we will work with you on how to best accommodate any new requests. We can run simple errands for you such as dropping off your dry cleaning, to more complex things like shopping for the perfect gift.

2. How much notice do you normally need?
When you call or email Run My Errand, every effort will be made to return your call or email right away. Voicemails and emails are checked regularly. Our service is based upon availability, but we will do everything possible to accommodate your errand needs right away.

3. How do I know that everything will get done?
We understand that we need to earn your confidence. You will actually feel more in control of your life when you aren’t juggling so many conflicting demands. When you consider the value of your time, you begin to recognize how logical it is to hire Run My Errand to manage many of those errand demands for you. We are confident that you’ll be very happy with our errand services.

4. What if I don’t have time to meet with you to explain what I need?
We can take care of a lot of specifics over the phone and/or via email. Just let us know what we can do to help you out.

5. Are you fully bonded and insured?
Yes, we are fully bonded and insured through ING Insurance.

6. How do I pay for your errand services?
We respectfully request payment at the time errand services are rendered. We accept cash payments, bank drafts, money orders, personal cheques, travellers cheques, Interac Email Money Transfers and PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover). Any errand services requiring purchases, payment is normally due in advance. All rates are subject to change without any prior notification.
